Our principals are Dr Anthony Ockwell, who established the firm in 2008 and Phil Potterton, who joined Anthony in 2015. Both are ACT region-based former Australian Public Service senior executives. Anthony led the road transport industry policy reform agenda with the former Department of Transport and Regional Services and Phil headed the Bureau of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Economics before an extended period as a leading member of the GHD Strategy & Economics team.
